CORTEX
A fourteen-agent manufacturing intelligence platform on a local-first stack.
CORTEX applies the multi-agent pattern to a production environment: fourteen agents over plant data, running on a local-first stack so the operating data never leaves the site.
Local-first is a requirement rather than a preference. Throughput, yield, downtime and defect detail are competitively sensitive, and for maquiladora operations there are rules about where that data may be processed at all. An architecture that assumes a cloud API is disqualified before the first demo.
Fourteen agents rather than one, because plant questions are not one question. Scheduling, quality, maintenance, energy and materials each have different data, different clocks and different people who own the answer. Splitting them keeps each one legible and lets a plant adopt two without buying all fourteen.
This entry is deliberately thin. CORTEX is an active intellectual property matter, so there is no schema, no code and no agent roster here. A commercial evaluation happens under an agreement, not on a public page.
