Nobody handed me this. So I write it down and give it away.

Zero to Agent is the course. Eight deployable projects sit behind it, public, so a student ends the week with something running instead of notes.

I learned this work from documentation, forums and a lot of failed builds, in a city with no lab to walk into. That is a slow way to learn and it filters out people who cannot afford to be slow. The course exists because the fastest way to fix that is to write down what took years and hand it over.

Zero to Agent runs as a curriculum for the El Paso Innovation Club and as workshops for teams that already have agents in production and want them to stop falling over. The order is always the same: audit what you have, build the smallest thing that actually runs, then train the people who have to keep it alive after I leave. A course that ends at a demo has taught nobody anything.

Behind it are eight public project repositories, each a real deployable application rather than a toy: a kanban board, a property listing studio, a personal training platform, a document inspector, a work marketplace, a web interface for local models, and more. A student forks one, ships it, and has a URL to point at. That is the difference between a certificate and a portfolio.

New Game Plus is the other half, and the one that matters most to me. It is a reentry course and narrative simulation for people coming out of incarceration, built around the same conviction: the barrier is almost never capability. It is that nobody ever laid the path out in a form you could follow from where you actually stand. It is not public yet.

Questions that come up

Where can I learn to build Applied Intelligence agents in El Paso?
Zero to Agent, at zerotoagent.org. It runs as a curriculum through the El Paso Innovation Club and as workshops for teams with agent systems already in production. The structure is audit, build, then train the team that has to run it.
Are the course projects available to fork?
Yes. Eight deployable project repositories are public under github.com/celaya-solutions, each marked Course Edition. They are real applications, not exercises, and a student is expected to ship one and end up with a live URL.
Do you teach teams as well as individuals?
Yes. Team workshops start with an audit of the agent systems already running, then build the smallest thing that works, then train the people responsible for keeping it alive. Email hello@celayasolutions.com to talk about a team session.
What is New Game Plus?
A reentry course and narrative simulation for people leaving incarceration, built on the view that the barrier is rarely capability and almost always a path nobody laid out. It is in development and not publicly available yet.
