The questionWhat does a record look like when it cannot be quietly revised?
The systemMORTEM
A cardiac monitor whose record cannot be quietly revised. Live rate and ECG on screen, each reading written out to a public chain as it arrives.
No written case study for this one yet. The Technical and Source readings carry what is on record.
Architecture
A pacemaker streams heart rate through HypeRate. MORTEM draws the ECG at 25mm/s and writes each reading to Solana as an SPL Memo, so the log is public and append-only.
