The interviewer that grades you back

A mock technical interview run by a model. It asks about hash tables. It hears an answer that compares a hash table to an Excel spreadsheet and admits it does not know the average or worst case. Then it writes the feedback.

The feedback is the part worth watching. It says the analogy is not accurate, names what was missing, and does it without softening the point. That is a better interviewer than most rooms I have sat in.
