CCP
Six on-chain programs implementing Proof of Coherence: a five-axis score an agent has to clear before the network treats its actions as trustworthy.
CCP is the settlement layer under the evidence anchoring in the other instruments. Instead of asking whether a signature is valid, it asks whether an agent is coherent: whether its claimed identity, its earned reputation, its declared policy, its actual actions and its biological attestation agree with each other.
The five axes carry fixed weights that sum to one, with a minimum score below which the network stops trusting the actor. They are constants in a deployed program, which means changing what coherent means is a governed upgrade with an on-chain record, not a config edit. The arithmetic is fixed-point rather than floating, because validators have to agree exactly.
A private key proves possession of a key. It proves nothing about whether the thing holding it is behaving. That gap is the whole reason this exists.
